About us
IMPACT should not only be a platform for students where they have the possibility to gain professional experience, but also an opportunity to learn the philosophy of “facta non verba”; to act rather than to merely talk about the problems. Students, who look back after their time spent in IMPACT, will gain the following qualities:

- Consciousness of the necessity of continual self education
- Ethical approach in behavior both on the professional and personal level
Our vision is to raise the awareness about IMPACT so that it will be known to all the prominent companies operating in the Czech market within the five years. IMPACT should primarily become a symbol of a place, where perspective, initiative and high-principled young personalities are evolving.
Our aim is to promote IMPACT outside of the Czech Republic. Currently we are in a phase of applying to JADE. JADE is a nongovernmental European organization with 40 years of tradition, which covers more than 200 junior enterprises in Europe. We have already passed the first meeting with representatives of this pan-European organization in Brussels. IMPACT impressed everyone with their initiative and enthusiasm; according to Tanja Müller-Borges, JADE President, they are the best prepared candidate for admission to the organization they have ever been accepting in Brussels.
Impact o.s. provides our clients with confidential administrative support and help to perform and coordinate secretarial work for top level management positions. We perform one or the combination of the duties such as:
1) administration duties
- help resolve agency problems and discuss agency goals and objectives, may perform a variety of research activities and write reports at the request of the administrative superior; may present findings and/or make recommendations to administrative superior.
2) Secretarial support
-maintains written control of materials receivedy; may take and transcribe dictation of information; records and transcribes proceedings of meetings and conferences; makes arrangements for meetings and special conferences; arranges travel itinerary and accommodations,prepares and submits travel and expenses claims; provides information, resolves problems, responds to complaints,
3) office management
- inventory records of supplies, equipment, and materials and orders supplies for immediate office.
4) Supervision
- plans, assigns and distributes work; reviews completed work; interviews and hires or effectively recommends hiring of clerical staff; evaluates staff performance; prepares position descriptions and work plans; scheduling and arranging appointments, meetings and conferences, coordinating specific agency-wide projects or activities, application of policy to nonroutine matters
Impact also offers advisory services in finance. Because our member students are predominately engaged in business studies, they have an exposure to a variety of financial courses during their studies. We are thus able to provide financial analysis services, such as assessing the financial position of your company, comparing it to peers in the given sector or industry, as well as assessing the costing and pricing structures of it. Based upon this analysis, we are also able to provide our clients with recomendations to further enhance their performance.
We carry out market researches. This service includes market surveys through which we collect qualitative and quantitative data respective to clients wishes. Various methods are used to gather the most accurate information: e.g. public polls, web questionnaires, interviews. With objective data collected, we compile analysis which includes assessment of targeted market and evaluation of clients potential in that sphere. Based on this analysis, we can develop a market strategy. We provide you with recommendations of what steps to take in order to succeed in desired market.
